In 2020 I was approached by Harriet's Hides to help update and manage photo assets of their online store. While in discussion, my client was showing her new business cards that were foil embossed. She mentioned that she'd love to do the same treatment to her story cards that she included in all her shipments, but it was too expensive. I was only happy to show her that the foil embossed look could be faked with filters in Photoshop. She loved it so much that she worked with me to redesign her story cards that better matched her new brand and was completed all under budget.
